I have been busy working on new designs for the upcoming Made in Hawaiʻi show August 15-17 on Oʻahu at the Blaisdell Exhibit Hall. This event and the Merrie Monarch Festival have become the two shows where I feature new products and designs as well as the rest of my collection.

Kohola (Whale) Drink Mat Set! Gray blockprint on black fabric.
ʻIlima Table Runner! Classic gray fabric with dark gray blockprint which runs the length of the 6ʻ runner. Basketweave fabric trim on ends.
The ʻilima, honored in song and moʻolelo, is a yellow flower, native to the Hawaiian islands and the official flower of Oʻahu. It takes around 700 of the paper thin flowers to make one lei which lasts only a day. It was a favorite lei of the Aliʻi in ancient times. Early Hawaiians also used the ʻilima for medicinal purposes.
New Heliconia Pillow Cover in rich brown with dark brown blockprint. Brown basketweave fabric trim on edges. Limited supply.
