March 16, 2019: Jake Shimabukuro concert at the Maui Arts and Cultural Center. This is a Hoʻonanea series concert, with pre-show festivities starting at 5:30 pm. There will be live music and craft vendors in the courtyard.
March 30, 2019: Hoʻomau 2019. Annual fundraiser for Hawaiian Immersion preschool, Pūnana Leo o Maui. Hawaiian musicians, Hawaiian cultural demonstrations, live and silent auctions, local food, creative craft vendors, a selection of ‘awa at Hale ‘Awa and a keiki zone. Maui Nui Botanical Gardens, 9am-5pm.
April 13, 2019: Hoʻolauleʻa ʻo Kamehameha. Hawaiian entertainment, crafts, food and culture displays. Silent auction and keiki zone. 9am – 3pm, Kamehameha High School.
April 24-27, 2019: 55th Annual Merrie Monarch Festival in Hilo, Hawaii. I’m honored to be an invited crafter at this renowned Hawaiian culture festival and hula competition. I will have a booth in the Butler Building Wednesday through Saturday.
